Mt. Iwate mountain opening on Saturday, July 1, 2023

Operating days and hours of the Amihari Onsen Observation Lift for the fiscal year 2022 are as follows. However, please note that operations may be suspended depending on weather conditions.

Starting from October 3rd, only Lift 1 and 2 will be in operation.

Please note that there will be

changes to the ticket prices starting from September 17th.

The regular breakfast time is at 7:30, but for those who are climbing Mount Iwate, breakfast is prepared at 6:00.

The Amanohashidate and Mikamiyama trailheads are 3-8 minutes away from the lodge, while the Yanagisawa trailhead (Mabikae) is usually 30 minutes away.

For those who wish to have lunch during their climb, it can be provided for 500 yen.

The operating hours of the lifts vary by day of the week, and there are times when the round trip from Amanohashidate to the summit of Mount Iwate can be challenging. It is recommended to carefully plan your climb with ample time.

Please note that we do not provide transportation for guests arriving by car.

Other mountains are also opening for climbing in the 4th year of Reiwa!
